I'm Heather Irwin. Since 2017 I have had the honor to support hundreds of families as they prepare to embark on one of the most amazing experiences of their life. I am a Full Spectrum Doula, providing Birth and Postpartum support, Childbirth Education and Placenta Encapsulation services throughout St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Lincoln, Warren and Franklin counties.

Birth Doula Support
$1525
Your Birth Doula support will be tailored to your needs. This package includes 2-3 prenatal meetings, unlimited support during your birthing, bedside care for an hour postpartum, and a follow up postpartum visit.
Overnight Postpartum Support
$50/hour 8 hour minimum shifts
($55/hr multiples)
This type of support will allow your family to get the rest that is needed while you transition to life with a newborn. Support will be customized to fit the needs of each family but may include
-Breastfeeding support
-mom/baby care
-light household duties
-meal prep
Placenta Encapsulation
$275
You will choose either raw encapsulation or the Traditional Chinese Medicine method for capsules. I also offer the option for raw/frozen pieces which can be combined with either raw or TCM encapsulation. Encapsulation includes the option of umbilical keepsake, placenta print, and/or photos of the placenta. You can also choose from the following additional options for an additional fee.

Belly Binding

I will come to your home to teach you to self bind or to teach a partner to assist in binding. I will also provide written instructions as well as an instructional video. Phone/videochat support is included for no additional fee. Unbleached cotton muslin binder is included, you may upgrade binder for an additional fee.
